This Debtor Name Index search is a search that allows searchers to use a wildcard character (%) in the name and does NOT use the standard search logic as defined by our administrative rules. If you find debtor name variations on this index, you may wish to search each name variation. Bring me to the Debtor Name Index. The searches below that indicate "Standard Search Response" use the standard search logic of Revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. This standard search logic is an exact search of the debtor name. The searches below that indicate "Non-Standard Search Response", is a limited search which may not reveal all filings against the debtor searched and the searcher bears the risk of relying on such a search.
